Over the past several years, Oz Industries Forecasting has grown far beyond a traditional forecasting service.
As demand for earlier climate insight, seasonal risk intelligence and long-range forecasting capability has expanded, so too has the scale of the platform and infrastructure required to support it.
Cynoptec represents the next evolution of what we are building.
The new platform direction allows us to expand forecasting delivery, improve member experience, strengthen platform capability and develop broader climate intelligence services for the future.
While the brand is evolving, our commitment to independent forecasting, long-range climate intelligence and member value remains unchanged.

Cynoptec continues to be led by Stuart, Kellie and the same forecasting team members have trusted through Oz Industries Forecasting.
The forecasting philosophy, operational approach and commitment to independent long-range intelligence remain the same.
This transition is not about replacing the foundation that members rely on. It is about building a stronger and more capable platform around it.
As the transition progresses, Stuart and Kellie will continue leading forecasts, member communications and platform development.
Member Questions
Membership & Billing
Will my membership change? No. Existing memberships, forecasts and services will continue uninterrupted throughout the transition.
What happens if I currently pay via PayPal? Members currently using PayPal will remain on their existing membership arrangements until their renewal period approaches. The new Cynoptec platform will not utilise PayPal as a payment provider. As memberships progressively transition across to the new platform, members using PayPal will be able to re-subscribe securely through the new Cynoptec payment system when their renewal period arrives. Clear instructions and support will be provided prior to any required changes.
Will pricing change? There are no immediate changes planned to existing memberships during the transition period. Your membership will stay at your current price until your membership is due for renewal. Any future membership updates or platform enhancements will be communicated clearly in advance.
Platform & Access
Do I need a new login? Not immediately. Any future login or member access changes will be communicated clearly before they occur.
When will the new website launch? The Cynoptec website is expected to begin rolling out over the coming weeks as part of the gradual transition process.
Will forecasts still be delivered the same way? During the transition period, forecasts and member communications will continue operating through existing systems while new platform functionality is progressively introduced.
Will the Oz Industries Forecasting website remain active? Yes. During the transition period, both Oz Industries Forecasting and Cynoptec platforms may operate simultaneously while systems, memberships and communications progressively transition across.

Is the forecasting changing? No. The forecasting philosophy and independent long-range climate intelligence approach remain the same.
Is Stuart still involved? Yes. Stuart and Kellie remain at the centre of forecasting operations, member communications and platform development throughout the transition to Cynoptec.

Cynoptec has been developed to support expanded forecasting delivery, improved infrastructure, enhanced member experience and broader climate intelligence services into the future.
Are your social media accounts changing? Yes. Over the coming weeks, our social media channels will progressively transition across to Cynoptec branding as part of the broader platform evolution.
