Monthly Forecast Briefing & Q&A
Understand the forecast and act with confidence
Service Description
The Monthly Forecast Briefing is a live, structured run-through of upcoming seasonal conditions, focused on the next month ahead. Each session runs for approximately 30 minutes and covers rainfall outlooks, key weather events and developing climate signals. The focus is on identifying what is changing in the forecast, where risk is increasing or easing, and which periods may be most important for planning and operations. Rather than reviewing data alone, the session provides interpretation — helping you understand what forecast changes mean and how they may impact timing and decision making. A dedicated Q&A component follows, allowing you to raise questions on current conditions, upcoming weather patterns and how evolving forecasts may affect your region or situation. Delivered live each month, this briefing provides added clarity and confidence as seasonal conditions develop.

Our monthly Forecast Briefing Webinar is an exclusive feature available to active Gold and Weather Pro Plus members. These sessions are held toward the end of each month and are designed to provide a structured run-through of the upcoming month’s forecast, including key weather systems, risk periods, and expected conditions across major regions. Each session will focus on preparing members ahead of time, allowing for informed planning and decision making based on long range forecasting insights. A dedicated Q and A segment will follow the presentation. To ensure a professional and valuable experience for all members, the following guidelines apply. Attendance is expected at the scheduled time using the Zoom link provided. Sessions will begin and end at the allocated time. If you join late, the session will continue as scheduled and missed content will not be repeated. Replays may be provided at our discretion but are not guaranteed. This is a live group session. Participants are required to remain respectful and professional at all times. Microphones must remain muted unless invited to speak. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session. Questions are encouraged during the allocated Q and A portion, however they must remain relevant to the upcoming monthly forecast and broader conditions. Highly specific or individual consulting style questions may be redirected to a private Forecast Strategy Call to ensure fairness for all attendees. Access to the webinar is strictly limited to active members. Sharing of access links is not permitted and may result in removal from the session or membership review. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection. Oz Industries Forecasting is not responsible for technical issues that may impact your ability to attend or participate. Webinar dates and times may be adjusted where required. Members will be notified in advance where possible. These sessions are designed to give you forward visibility and a strategic edge, helping you stay ahead of the conditions rather than reacting to them. At Oz Industries Forecasting, we do not just forecast the weather, we prepare the world for it. Know the Future™.
