Change Plans
Members are unable to directly switch plans; however, they may cancel their current plan and subsequently purchase a new one. If opting for a new plan, such as transitioning from monthly to annual, please ensure that you cancel your existing plan in your member profile to prevent double billing.
Update your Details
Members can update their information at any time in their profile, including changes to their email or payment details.
Cancel Membership
You can cancel your membership at any time through your member profile. You have the option to cancel right away or at the conclusion of your billing cycle, in accordance our terms and conditions.
How do I receive Forecasts
Forecast notifications are sent directly to our members via email. To guarantee that your notifications reach you without issue, make sure to add our email address to your safe sender list, preventing them from being misdirected to your spam folder.

All Oz Industries Forecasting forecasts, reports, and updates are for personal use only by the purchasing member.

Unauthorised use is a direct breach of our Terms & Conditions and may result in membership cancellation without refund and legal action. This includes purchases made under an alias or false identity with the intent to deceive Oz Industries Forecasting.
