Service Description
Join Oz Industries Forecasting for a one-on-one Zoom consultation tailored to your specific need in either weather forecasting or market insights. During this 60-minute session, we will explore your chosen topic and provide guidance to support your planning, strategy, or decision-making. We look forward to connecting with you on your Strategy Call. To make sure you get the best value from your time, please take note of the following: One person per call: Strategy Calls are designed for individual attendance. The person who books the call is the one who attends. No additional attendees will be accepted into the session. The zoom link is not to be shared. Video & audio required: Please have your camera and microphone switched on so we can have a productive and engaging conversation. Cancellations & reschedules: If you need to change your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Be on time: Your session will run for the allocated time slot. Please ensure you’re signed in and ready to begin at the scheduled start. If you arrive late, the call will still finish at the original end time. Cancellation Policy
Forecast Strategy Call Policy To ensure the highest quality experience for all participants, please review the following guidelines prior to your scheduled session. Attendance & Timing Please join your Zoom session on time using the link provided in your booking confirmation. Your session will begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the original allocated end time. If you do not attend within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session may be considered a no-show. Session Format All strategy calls are conducted via Zoom. Camera must be on for the duration of the call to ensure clear communication and engagement. Each booking is valid for one participant only. (Additional attendees require a separate booking.) Phone Call Requests If you would prefer a phone call instead of Zoom, please reply directly to your booking confirmation email prior to your session to request this. We will do our best to accommodate where possible. Rescheduling & Changes If you need to reschedule, please provide adequate notice (minimum 24 hours). Late changes or missed sessions may result in forfeiture of the booking. Preparation Please arrive ready with any questions or key areas you would like covered. This ensures you get maximum value from your session with Stuart.
